Ultra rare Jef Gilson's album on the french Xian label Studio S.M released as a Mass for "Les Halles de Paris" (an ancient area in the center of Paris). Superb "spiritual" jazz sessions with choirs, groovy church organ solo & E Piano solo played by mr.Gilson. Beautiful from start ot finish, it includes two superb modal instrumental "Chromatisme" & "Accueil". In superb condition. Cover has a
small glue mark on one corner, record is NM.

2nd edition of this brilliant album by François Tusques and his Intercommunal Free Dance Music Orchestra formed by aka Jo Maka on Sax, Guem on percussions Adolfe Winkler on trombone, Michel Marre on baryton sax. World music before the concept really even exist, this is more International than Intercommunal, Recorded Live in 1971 it reveals a superb fusion between african, oriental rythms and free jazz with a committed content, super electric piano/ clavinet sound too ! This record show clearly how Tusques is evolving into a more accessible free jazz with a very raw live sound recording ... Really in the same vein as Cossy Anatz. French spiritual !
