This is the kind of Lp that would please various collectors, recently bring to the light by a lucky Dutch fellow digger, it seems only an handful of copies has surfaced. Definitely my favorite discovery this year ... I could use any trendy keywords to describe this amazing record, it could be a mix between Cos, Steve Wonder, Terry Callier, Patrick Adams, Release Music Orchestra, with a touch of modern soul, a trace of Latin Funk and a hint of modal jazz ... Some cosmic discoid insertions ... The whole album is brilliant and I bet a lot of producers would be after very soon ...Music speaks louder than words .. so check the long soundclip ... Only one copy available !

Ultra rare concept Lp by pianist from Surinam, Majoie Hajary, directed by trumpet player Roger Guerin. Somewhere between jazz funk and Xian psych with a touch of exotic sounds. It is an amazing record blending fuzz, sitar, bongos, tablas, effects on vocals, with heavy jazz funk rhythm section. On "Prologue" we have a fantastic groove, with funky furious drums, jazz guitar, trumpet solo, sounds a bit like Placebo or Sunbirds. On "Priere", a superb trumpet melody, with hard hitting drums, guitar, tablas, bass ... Absolutely lovely blending of wide influences. Modal jazz groove on "La Mort de Judas". "Le Verbe" sounds like De Roubaix was behind the production. Essential album.

The whole album is fantastic from start to finish. No need big talk, if don't already know this gem check the audio, this is a major recording only released on the cult Disques Espérance label (Crotex) Great copy, a few scuffin otherwise perfect., plays E.

First album by american pianist Tom Grant Mystified released in Holland 1978 ,rare funky jazz, breaks Grant piano, with Joe Henderson on sax, Rick Laird on bass guitar and drums by Ron Steen. Lots of Fenders Rhodes funk a la Headhunters, especially on the title cut and "Turtle Soup." Hard to find nowadays.
