Definitely one of the best on the CMM serie by the extra prolific Roger Roger aka Cecil Leuter at his best on "Rock Machine 1", a banging downtempo break mixed with early electronics effects, "Rock Machine 2" and "Rock Machine 3" with a Lalo Schifrin "Bullit" sound, some dramatic jazz "En pleine bagarre" and "Dialogue", but check the monster "Jerk Machine" with its fantastic and very long syncopated drumbreaks. A library must have, don't sleep, in perfect condition.

Totally slept on UK heavy psych rock including "Toballby" with an insane heavy drums & percussions ultra long solo sounding a bit like Niagara or Incredible Bongo Band, many nice percussions breaks to catch. Perfect B-Boy breaks ! NM copy.

For his only funk disco Lp french singer Chris o' Hara was backed by some of the best French musicians like Sauveur Mallia, Sylvano Santorio from Arpadys fame .... Dusty Finger kid recently compiled the killing drama break track "L'homme au pistolet d'or". But the whole Lp is filled with excellent tunes. Top recommandation on this private. Very few copies were pressed so it gets harder to grab. Dedicated copy !

Doin' Nuthing (Sonopress - Agave AG 35703) 1974, France

Totally underrated record by french band lead by Albert Marcoeur : Nemo filled with monster prog jazz funk cuts like "Suzy chong chong" reminding "Edition Special" & "Baron Samedi" but the best is yet to come with the huge psych out breaks of "Try'n be yourself", excellent prog jazz funk downtempo with english lyrics sung by french folks ! Delightful ... But the big underrated track is the very placeboesque "Manu tension" with crazy bugged out breaks, heavy fuzzed lead guitar, wah wah guitars, fat drums and strong bass. Another heavy number is "Bouleau Bleu" super nice jazz rock ballad with wise arrangement.
