Totally mystic and trippy this rare library has fantastic electronic tracks wiseley blended with the beautiful eerie flute plays of Joel VDB. Don't miss out "Hobbits", "Electronic Jungle", "Magnetic Blues", "Minor", "Forest Spirit" and "Magic Adventure". It could be compared in the concept to "Jungle Obssession" with this warm and groovy electro and exotic vibes. Many many sample for the open-mindend beatheads. Ultra hard to find. Surprising selection on this underrated Chappell Library Index Serie. It gathers on the same album the famous Armin Rush track "Beat for Lover", 2 monster alternate version cuts from the famous Jacky Giordano's "Rythmes et Melodie" and Johnny Hawkworth's "Rhythm Maker" a beautiful funky modal jazz with bass, guitar, drums & percussions. Also features a cut by Rolf Kühn. The whole Side A is also surprising with nice heavy psych rock tracks by John O'brien-Docker from UK band Brave New World. Check the long audio

Psycheground : psychedelic and underground music (Cinedelic Reissue) 1971, Italy

Ultra limited reissue of this impossible to find italian Library Holy Grail composed by Giampiero Reverberi under the Ninety pseudo with splendid psych organ/vibes jazz funk effort played by the Psycheground Group. Really in the same vein as the Blue Phantom & The Underground set. Only 50 copies of the original were pressed so don't miss this out of print reissue (limited to 500 copies). Got 5 stars in one of those Pokora guides. Brilliant !

First time I come across this ultra rare 7" Library released to promote the Cam Library catalogue. Features tracks by Mario Molino, Stelvio Cipriani, Daniel Patucchi, Giampiero Boneschi, Piero Piccioni. Includes some killer tracks in every style like the psychedelic funk "Too risky A day For A Regatta" by Cipriani, the groovy jazz "Sally's surf" by Piero Piccioni, "Le Rêve de Clémentine" a electro cosmic track by JP Decerf but my favorite remains the monster psych jazz funk "Blind Murder" by obscure composer L. Michelini. For serious library collectors.

Simply my favorite album on best italian Library label : CAM. Features only big names like the maestro Piero Piccioni with 2 of his best tracks "Strip Tease" a beautiful jazz funk with erotic female voices & "Ascot" a fantastic bossa jazz, GF Plenizio with the splendid modal organ "Minor Jazz Number Two" cleaverly sampled by Madlib on his Beat Konductor double 7'. Also features Robert Pregadio with the wild mod funk organ dancer à la Sorgini "Un drink Al Tennis Club" and the deep spiritual "Red Label" by Bill Conti. Record & cover are EX (soundclip has small clicks coming from dust on my stylus during recording). Don't sleep on this rarity.

Totally under the radar library by Vedette founder th e legendary Armando Sciasica (remember his Violin Reactions lib.) This "Sea Fantasy" is a subtle mix of acoustic and electronics with a pretty unique sound. A kind of Jungle Obssession under water with superb mix. Samples galore ! Quite hard to describe so check the soundclip.

Extremely rare and seldom seen italian library on the tiny label Golden Record with a sound very similar to the french masterpiece Godchild. The Orchestra Carlo Cordora delivers a solid jazz funk with powerful horns section, strong drum kick, Rhodes, Synthfunky Wah wah & loud bass. Check the monster tracks "Trip", "Riri", "Dentro", "Plus-plus", "Lucy", "Slide", Dentro" or "Red-line" This library is just a bomb so don"t sleep or you won't see it again before a while ! Cover has wear and used egeds, Record play nearly perfectly.

Another great number on the cult CAM Library by Daniele Patucchi (Mitraletta Stein / Shark and Man) including the splendid "Bluesing The Beat" groovy funky jazz with fantastic funky flute solo features on Easy Tempo compilation, also features the killer "I mendicanti" an 8' long funky jazz composition with beautiful Fender solo and scat. Also worth to check "Paris 69" and the great vocal bossa "Il sesso della strega" and "Molloy". Check the long audio.
