Jacky Moreau NEW
Les Riches heures de Jacky D'Ambroise (Private) 197?, France
Here is another self produced privately issued experimental jazz rock hybrid album that deserve a very close listening. Comes from the insane mind of obscure french musicianJacky Moreau, this strange lp remains very hard to describe as it varies from experimental music to contepomixing sampled spoken words with free rock pop, sound collages with contemporary jazz. Halfway between Heldon, Univers Zero, Semoul, Jacques Berrocal & even Chêne Noir. Comes with a fold-out insert with lyrics. An heaven for mix tapers or producers, definitely underrated. I'm pretty sure you will dig this.
