Pinok et Matho NEW
Azur & Ténébres (Unidisc) 1982, FRANCE

Definitly the rarest and meanest release of the vast Unidisc catalogue, this totally psych out Lp is full of cosmic noises, twisted electronic breaks, synth blended with acoustic piano, huge synthetic bass. Contains the monster proto hip-hop beat "Croquemitaine", no words for describe this track but it is good and banging for sure ! Sabbat" is another favorite. This Lp could easily compared to a Cecil Leuter Library, even more crazy with too many good tracks to mention, Check the long soundclip. Includes the booklet.

Jacky Moreau NEW
Les Riches heures de Jacky D'Ambroise (Private) 197?, France

Here is another self produced privately issued experimental jazz rock hybrid album that deserve a very close listening. Comes from the insane mind of obscure french musicianJacky Moreau, this strange lp remains very hard to describe as it varies from experimental music to contepomixing sampled spoken words with free rock pop, sound collages with contemporary jazz. Halfway between Heldon, Univers Zero, Semoul, Jacques Berrocal & even Chêne Noir. Comes with a fold-out insert with lyrics. An heaven for mix tapers or producers, definitely underrated. I'm pretty sure you will dig this.
