Still overlooked vocal jazz album privately released by french pianist/singer/composer Carol Escoffier. Some delicate groovy jazz fusion tunes on this record, reminding me German Jazz Funk act Kitty Winter like on "Partir", "Kumkwaya", "Step A Little Closer" & "Pretty" featuring legendary pianist Alain Jean-Marie (that used to be married to miss Escoffier!), Benoit Wideman from Magma on Keyboard/ Synth. Roger Raspail & Fred Desplan on percussions. Great Fender Rhodes, languorous vocal by Miss Escoffier, with a pinch of latin and bossa nova. This is a pretty underrated island infused private jazz rarity.
