This jazz sextet formed in Paris by Denis Barbier, Jean-Marie Laumonnier, Jean-Philippe Lobrot, Mino Cinelu, Olivier Hutman, Pierre-Jean Gidon recorded this only album at famous Jeff Gilson's Studio Palm, in December 1975. Moravagine's only album includes many superb tubes from modal jazz / spiritual like "Andromede" or singular jazz-funk like on the deep "Funky 7". After this first album they evolved into a more jazz funk jazz rock music renaming them self "Chute Libre".
