Original first release with white cover of this landmark jazz fusion album. It features the great Mal Waldron on Electric piano, Eberhard Weber on bass, Jimmy Jackson on Organ & Fred Braceful on drums. Tremendous album with 2 one side long songs tracks : the hypnotic title track "The Call" with an amazing work by german bassist Weber. I'm pretty sure "Thoughts" has inspired the famous Belgian combo Placebo. Fantastic etheral electric piano solo by Mal Waldron and complex incredible drum play by Braceful for a real mix of jazz & psychedelia. Rare and highly recommended album that gets really hard to find.
